Pam embodies the best qualities of our collaborative law community, both in her legal practice and as president of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. She leads by example, cares deeply about her clients and the collaborative community she serves, and reaches out to support her colleagues at every opportunity. It’s a pleasure to work with her and to recommend her.

Pam is well regarded in our community by attorneys and her clients. The divorce bar can be very contentious yet I have never heard anyone say anything negative or unflattering about Pam Freeman.

Pam is one of the most prepared and organized attorneys with whom I have had the pleasure to work. Her legal research is extraordinary and she delivers the information with clarity. I appreciate her ability to balance her legal skills with her ability to listen to others. Pam is a caring collaborative attorney who brings a well balanced approach to her work.

Pam is a natural as a caring, concerned family law attorney and as a collaborative professional. Her clients benefit from 100% of her attention and her colleagues benefit from the skillful way that Pam conducts herself in her cases. She has risen to the top of the local organization, MCLC, by dint of hard work, putting in countless hours, always being available to help other colleagues, having excellent leadership skills. She listens, asks for advice, takes advice and then uses her own judgment to lead. I often referred clients to Pam and they were always satisfied with her representation of them. I would give her the highest marks if anyone were scoring excellence as an attorney and leader.

I have known Pamela Freeman for years both professionally and personally. She is an exceptional person and attorney. She is 100% commited to her clients as an advocate. But when taking the role of a mediator she puts aside her advocacy skills and becomes a fair and impartial sounding board for both sides. She works tirelessly to bring about resolutions on disputed matters.

Pamela is a skillful, perceptive, and compassionate attorney who has represented the spouse of my client in Collaborative divorce cases. She gets to the nub of a conflict quickly, and is very discerning in arriving at ways to address a problem–whether substantive or procedural. Pamela has a straightforward, but nonetheless warm, manner. She understands how to engage conflict in Collaborative divorce practice, which results in our being able to provide to the clients the best services. I value working with her, and I can see that her clients trust in her counsel and experience.

Pam has the unique ability to see the big picture at the same time as she attends to the details. She is able to calmly and carefully approach problem-solving. Pam is an inspiring leader.

I have known and worked with Pamela for approximately seven (7) years. I know her to be a hard working, outstanding lawyer, and excellent counsellor for her clients and someone who goes the extra mile for a client. We have also worked together on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council for many of those years and she is dependable, willing to take on extra work as a volunteer, hones, perceptive and thoughtful in her practice and in her service.

Pam and I have worked together at the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, of which she is the current president. Pam is passionate about the benefits of Collaborative Law and helping clients divorce in a kinder, and better way. Pam is a thoughtful, intelligent and motivated attorney, and I gladly recommend her.

I have known Pam for over 15 years and I am happy to recommend her work. Pam has taken her expertise in the field of divorce law and focused it in the area of mediation and the settlement of divorce cases in a less confrontational and conciliatory way, thereby minimizing damage to families and helping people move past divorce in a more positive fashion. I strongly recommend Pam and her office to any potential clients, or to any other attorneys who could benefit from her expertise.
